Aachen police headquarters

In Aachen a new modern police headquarters has been built by a public-private partnership between HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions and Aachen police force. HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions is planning, financing and leasing out the project. The building was built together with HOCHTIEF Infrastructure. The new building, which took two years to build, comprises more than 22,500 square meters of rental area, accommodating approx. 1,200 employees. In addition to the headquarters HOCHTIEF built a car repair shop, a prisoner detention facility, a training room and a kennel for the police dogs.
