Ballet on the Rhine

On behalf of the state capital of North Rhine-Westphalia the business unit Social Infrastructure Europe from HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions designed and financed the rehearsal building for the ballet of the German opera on the Rhine, and built it together with HOCHTIEF Infrastructure. The public-private partnership experts are operating the ballet building, their first PPP project in the cultural sector, within the framework of a leasing contract for a period of 30 years.
