In Gladbeck in North Rhine-Westphalia the first new city hall in Germany built on the basis of a public-private partnership (PPP) contract was realized. HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions is responsible for the service-oriented operation of the administration building until 2031. In 2016, together with the City of Gladbeck HOCHTIEF celebrated the tenth anniversary of the city hall, which has a convincing optical appearance thanks to its sophisticated architecture, and won an architecture prize.
