Hesse Riot Police

Safe in the security sector: Together with HOCHTIEF Infrastructure, the business unit Social Infrastructure Europe from HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions has acquired two police properties with more than 50 buildings from the State of Hesse and will refurbish and modernize them within a period of five years and operate and lease them to the State of Hesse for a total of 30 years. In addition to the riot police departments in Mühlheim am Main and Kassel, the contract includes Hesse Police Academy and Hesse School for Police and Administration. The prime focus of the modernization is the energy system improvement and energy-efficient new buildings as well as retrofitting measures for increasing the utility value of the building.
